Welcome to Prinsfields Farms & Treeline Boers

Thanks for visiting Prinsfields Farms and the Treeline Boers website!  We hope you enjoy looking around.  We have been milking holsteins for over 25 years, and have been breeding and raising quality purebred and high percentage Boer goats for 7 years now. Treeline Boers is owned and operated by the Prins family.  We currently maintain a herd size of appoximately 30 breeding does.  Our Boer goats make fine production animals as well as doing well in the show ring!

Our family farm operation started over 25 years ago, after Don and Greta got married and moved to the quaint southeastern Ontario location of Wooler.   It's a beautiful place to work and live, and we've raised 6 children with strong values and hard work ethics as we established our successful business over the years.  We started with a 225 acre farm, and have since grown to over 650 acres of land and 2 farms.  Our main business is a holstein dairy business called  Prinsfields Farms Inc, which we have owned and operated since 1984.  We maintain a purebred holstein milking herd of 40 cows, along with raising all the young replacement stock, and we work the land to grow enough feed for our animals as well as producing some cash crop, such as soybeans and wheat. Our boergoat hobby began in 2002, and we have quite simply fallen for these sociable beautiful animals, and plan to keep them around for a long time! Our farm is overlooking the beautiful rolling hills of Warkworth, with spectacular views as you round the corner to Fox Road just north of Wooler (part of the city of Quinte West), where our home residence is located.  We are about 2 hours east of Toronto,  about 10 minutes north of the 401 and Trenton, Ontario.
Goats with a view!
